At Buy Trends, we aim to provide a simple and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. We carefully process and pack every order before handing it over to our delivery partner. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment or order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above PKR 3,000: Free shipping.

• Orders below PKR 3,000: A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will be charged.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Remote areas may require additional delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

Please make sure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order. Buy Trends will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
